libvlfeat0-dbg software package provides Computer vision library focussing on visual features and clustering, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libvlfeat0-dbg
libvlfeat0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libvlfeat0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libvlfeat0-dbg *
